PBA Member Called to Fight the War on Terror

Portsmouth Officer Rosalind Parker has been a Portsmouth Police Officer since 2004. In 2005, she was called to active duty where she served in Iraq providing security at a detention facility. In November 2005, she returned home safely after honorably serving her country and the United States Navy. She is back to work serving the citizens of Portsmouth.
