The 2006 Regular Session of the General Assembly adjourned on March 11,
2006. The Reconvened Session will be held April 19, 2006 to consider
bills acted upon by the Governor.
Thirty-five (35) bills of interest to PBA members were tracked this
session. As of adjournment, eight (8) had passed, three (3) were
incorporated into other bills (2 passed/1 dead)), three (3) have been
continued to the 2007 session and twenty-two were left in committee to
